QWebL Video Contest Winners
In August QWebL held a YouTube video contest. We had a number of creative videos submitted. Here are the winners:
Winner: Dream Feature in a Home Automation System
Director: dayatthefair
length: 1:15
The judges felt that this video really spoke to QWebL's asperations for an affordable home automation system. The video captures an element of longing for a home that one can control without having to understand a complex system.
At QWebL, ease-of-use is one of our guiding principals. From our simple and easy to understand user interface to our installer application that cuts configuring a home from days to hours, QWebL understands the value of having a good experience with our products, and it shows.
Winner: Frustrations with Remote Controls
Director: HolyGabriel
length: 1:41
This video had the whole office laughing! One of the issues that we all deal with is having too many remote controls in our homes. HolyGabriel's entry in the contest told about frustrations with too many remotes in a novel, creative way. The ultimate remote control looks like the perfect control device, and bonus points for the effective soundtrack.
Of course, the idea of a universal remote to control everything (even the dog!) isn't going to come true any time soon. At QWebL we understand the desire for removing clutter and confusion from your life. Our home automation systems put you in control of your house, controlling, automating and beyond!
